Retail Prices

Prices of items stated on respective website pages

• Prices stated for items sold in Japan include Japanese consumption taxes.
• Retail prices do not include delivery charges.
• The customer is responsible for payment of customs duties and the like, which may include import duties, value-added taxes and customs fees.

Item Delivery Charges

• Domestic Shipment within Japan : 800 JPY (including tax) per shipment
• For overseas shipment, the shipping charges are as follows:
  – Orders over 50,000 JPY: Free
  – Order under 50,000 JPY : 3,500 JPY per shipment

Payment

The Company accepts payment for all order by VISA, JCB, MASTERCARD or AMEX credit cards;  ALIPAY, PayPal services, and cost-on-delivery services (available only for delivery to addresses in Japan under mandatory commissions payment by customers).

Time of Delivery

Items are shipped within five (5) business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese national holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays) from the point of approval by a payment service provider.
Please note that designation of the date and time of delivery is not possible.

Returns and Exchange Items, and Cancellation of Orders

The Company does not accept requests for the return or exchange of an item purchased, or the cancellation of an order for a reason attributable to customer error in order information or customer disagreement concerning an item and the item’s website description.
The Company does accept requests for the return or exchange of an item purchased if the delivered item has a defect or clearly differs from the item ordered as long as the conditions meet the criteria of the Policy on Returning Items. For details, please read the Policy on Returning Items.
