Refund policy

Return or Exchange of Items, and Cancellation of Orders

The Company does not accept requests for the return or exchange of an item purchased, or the cancellation of an order for a reason attributable to a customer’s indication of a wrong size, a customer’s “impression” of a difference between an item’s computer-display description and the delivered item, or any error contained in the order information.
The Company does accept requests for the return or exchange of an item purchased if the delivered item has a defect or differs obviously from the item ordered as long as the following criteria are met:
* Please note that a deviation of plus or minus two (2) to three (3) centimeters in an item may occur during the process of manufacture. The Company does not consider such deviation a defect.

  1. A customer must contact the Company via the website’s CONTACT page within seven (7) days of delivery of the purchased item
  2. The item must be unused and unwashed, and bear the original tags
  3. Accessories and the statement of delivery must be intact
  4. The item must be unsoiled and undamaged after it has reached the customer
  5. The item must not have any non-characteristic smell

The Company requires that the customer return a purchased item by packing it with its associated tags, accessories and statement of delivery after communicating the matter to the Company. The Company will pay shipping charges only if the item is returned from the address to which it was delivered). The Company will exchange a returned an item after confirming that the item has a defect or that differs obviously from the item that was ordered. In such a case, the Company will not accept a request to exchange an item for either a different item or the same item of a different size or color.
The Company will refund payment for an item only if the item is no longer in stock.
The Company asks that a customer contact the brick-and-mortar store where an item was purchased if that item has a defect. Please note that the store may require extra response time to such a request at weekends, over times of Japan national holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays.
