Shipping area is currently limited because some countries are not accepting deliveries due to COVID-19 restrictions.

We are expecting to update the shipping area once the restrictions are lifted.

Please note : Deliveries may be delayed even for the current shipping area.

Delivery Charges

• Domestic Shipment within Japan : 800 JPY (including tax) per shipment
• For overseas shipment, the shipping charges are as follows:
  – Orders over 50,000 JPY: Free
  – Order under 50,000 JPY : 3,500 JPY per shipment

Shipping Companies

• Sagawa Express for deliveries within Japan
• Japan Post (EMS) and ECMS Japan (ECMS) for deliveries outside Japan

Item Delivery Time

Normally, items will be shipped within five (5) business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese national holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays) from the day of order receipt.
Please note that designating the date and time of delivery is not possible.

Shipment

Items will be shipped per order. Please note that bundled shipments are unavailable if orders are placed on two or more occasions.
